2022-2023 OUTDOOR (Sr.) Competed in four meets during the outdoor season where he finished third at the Drake relays in the 800 with a time of 1:50.14...At the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship he was claimed champ of the 800m with a time of 1:50.57...That time would take him to the NCAA West Preliminary Round where he ran in the 800 with a time of 1:47.93.
2022-2023 INDOOR (Sr.) Competed in five meets during the indoor season where he Claimed first in the 800m with a time of 1:56.73 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup...At the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship he finished third in the DMR with a time of 10:09.10 and third in the 800m with a time of 1:55.75
2021-2022 OUTDOOR (Jr.) Raced in six outdoor meets including the MVC Championships where he won the Championship Title in the 800-meter run clocking a 1:53.05... Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round, he ran a personal-best in the 800m of 1:47.82 and placed 19th... Recorded a personal-best in the 1500 of 3:52.62 at the Raleigh Relays... Placed first at the Illini Classic in the 800m.
2021-2022 INDOOR (Jr.) Competed in six indoor meets during his third season with the Redbirds, including the MVC Indoor Championships where he took first for the second time in the 800-meter dash... He also was a part of the distance medley squad that placed first at the MVC Indoor Championships... Took first in the 800m at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup contributing to the fourth-consecutive cup win.
2020-21 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Raced at seven meets, including the MVC Championships and the NCAA West Preliminary Round, during his first outdoor season as a Redbird...Finished as the MVC Runner-Up in the 800m behind his ISU teammate at the conference meet, clocking in at a personal-best time of 1:49.54...That time ranks No. 7 all-time in school history...Also competed in the 4x400-meter relay at the MVC Championships...Clocked in at his second-fastest 800m time of the season at the NCAA West Prelims, recording a time of 1:50.18...Won the 800m at the Pacesetter Sports Invite with a time of 1:50.84...Finished third in the 800m at the Illinois State Invite, clocking in at 1:50.22...Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that ran the second-fastest time in school history at the Drake Relays, clocking in at a combined time of 7:22.58 to place third overall...Placed third in the 1,500m at the Redbird Invite.
2020-21 INDOOR (So.): Raced at four indoor meets during his sophomore campaign...Opened the season with a win in the 800-meter run at the Jack Jennett Invite, clocking in at 1:56.04...Won the 800m at the Don DeNoon Dual with a time of 1:53.14...Recorded a personal-best time of 1:51.56 in the 800m at the GVSU Big Meet, placing seventh overall...Crowned the MVC 800m Champion for the first time in his career, clocking in at 1:52.08 at the Valley Championship meet...Also helped the distance medley relay to a fourth-place finish at the MVC Championships, combining for a time of 10:13.76.

2019-20 INDOOR (Fr.): Raced at six meets during the 2019-20 indoor season...Won the 800m at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup with a time of 1:57.56...Finished eighth in the 1,000m at the Notre Dame Invitational, clocking in at 2:31.05...Finished fourth in the 800m with a time of 1:55.12 at the adidas Classic in Lincoln, Nebraska...Scored points for the Redbirds at the MVC Indoor Championships, finishing sixth with a personal-best time of 1:53.81.
