Indoor: Competed at the Titan Open in the men’s 3,000-meter run and ran a time of 9:19.47

Outdoor: did not compete

2014-15

Indoor: Competed in the mile run at the Titan Open earning sixth place with a time of 4:27.21…competed in the 3,000-meter at the Double Dual with a time of 9:01.62...at the Illinois Orange and Blue earned a lifetime-best of 8:48.51.

Outdoor: Competed in the 5000-meter at the Lenny Lyles that earned a time of 15:39.96.

2013-14

Indoor: Redshirt season

Outdoor: Ran a personal-best  1,500m time of 4:05.90 … clocked a 5,000m time of 16:19.82 at the Sea Ray Relays … ran a steeplechase time of 10:21.61 at the Redbird Invite. 

PRIOR TO ISU

Maine South High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field and cross country...Two-time all-confernece nominee in cross countryalong with being named to the all-regional and all-state team as a senior...Two-time all-conference honors in the 1,600-meter run...Helped lead his team to two regional championships along with a first-place conference championship as a senior...Notched a second-place finish at sectionals followed by a fifth-place finish at state as a senior.
