2018-19 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Earned All-MVC honors in the high jump finishing third with a clearance of 1.70 meters (5-7 ft.) and scored points for the 'Birds with a seventh-place finish in the javelin with a mark of 39.63 meters (130-0 ft.) at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Placed seventh in the javelin with a throw of 38.67 meters (126-10 ft.) at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27)...Won the javelin with a throw of 37.55 meters (123-2 ft.) and finished second in the high jump with a clearance of 1.69 meters (5-6.5 ft.) at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20)...Notched a sixth-place finish in the high jump and eighth-place finish in the javelin at the Tennessee Relays (4/11)...Won the javelin at the Redbird Invitational (4/6), posting a mark of 38.81 meters (127-4 ft.)...Opened the season with a seventh-place finish in the javelin at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).

2018-19 INDOOR (Sr.): Scored points in the high jump with a fourth-place finish, clearing 1.66 meters (5-5.25 ft.) and the pentathlon, posting 3,299 points for a seventh-place finish at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Finished third in the high jump with a mark of 1.60 meters (5-3 ft.) at the Badger Red & White Classic (2/15)...Clocked in at 9.56 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Placed 10th in the long jump with a mark of 5.05 meters (16-7 ft.) at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12)...Notched a fifth-place finish in the high jump with a clearance of 1.65 meters (5-5 ft.) and finished 10th in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.67 seconds at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8).

2017-18 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Competed in the high jump and javelin at the MVC Championships, scoring points for the 'Birds in both events...finished fourth in the javelin with a throw of 38.92m (127-08.00)...placed sixth in the high jump, clearing 1.63m (5-04.25)...posted season-best javelin throw at the Sun Angel Classic, finishing seventh with a distance of 41.51m (136-02.00)... also captured season-best high jump mark of 1.65m (5-05.00) at the Sun Angel Classic.

2017-18 INDOOR (Jr.): Crowned the 2018 MVC Pentathlon Champion, tallying an ISU school-record 3,834 points to capture the title...recorded personal-bests in the 800-meter (2:23.50), 60-meter hurdles (8.99), and shot put (11.14m/36-06.75) en route to the Valley crown...also won the pentathlon high jump with a height of 1.66m (5-05.25)...crowned the 2018 Valley Indoor High Jump Champion as well, clearing a season-best 1.72m (5-07.75) to win the event...also completed the pentathlon at the Jack Jennett Open, finishing second among 11 competitors with 3,472 points.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (So.): Won the javelin throw at the Gibson Invitational and the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...finished third in high jump at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic with a height of 1.70m (05-7.00), a mark which ranks tenth in Illinois State history...competed in one heptathlon this season at MVC Championships...finished fifth with a personal-record 5,098 points...mark ranks fifth in Illinois State history...recorded personal-bests in the 800-meter run (2:29.79) and shot put (10.59m, 34-09.00)... also competed in javelin and high jump at MVC Championships...placed fifth in javelin and recorded a personal-best of 42.98m (141-00.00)...distance sits eighth in the Illinois State record books...finished third and earned All-MVC honors in the high jump.

2016-17 INDOOR (So.): Won the high jump at the John Craft Invitational with a height of 1.63m (5-04.25)...competed in two pentathlons this season...placed third at the Black & Gold Premier with a score of 3,478 points...finished second in the pentathlon high jump with a season-best mark of 1.66m (5-05.25) at the Black & Gold Premier...finished eighth in the pentathlon and scored points for the Redbirds at MVC Championships with a total of 3,536 points...recorded a personal-best time of 9.03 in the pentathlon 60-meter hurdles at MVC Championships...time currently ranks tenth in Illinois State history.

2015-16 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Placed seventh in the heptathlon at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a total of 4,819 points...earned her personal-best javelin at the MVC Championships with a mark of 36.88m (121-00)...opened her season with her personal-best long jump with a mark of 5.71m (18-09) at the EIU Big Blue Classic...At the Redbird Invite ran her personal-best 100-meter hurdles at a time of 14.99 and placed fifth overall.

2015-16 INDOOR (Fr.): Scored 3,703 points in the pentathlon at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships which placed her fourth overall and is ranked second in school history, just 14 points away from the school record…Captured All-Valley honors in the open high jump where she placed third…set personal-best marks during the MVC championships...her new personal-best long jump is a mark of 5.68m (18-07.75)…placed first in the pentathlon high jump with a new PR height of 1.75m (05-08.75) which is ranked sixth all-time at ISU… in shot put her PR is a mark of 9.29m (30-05.75)…her personal-best 800 meter is a time of 2:30.91…and her personal-best 60-meter hurdles is a time of 9.20.

FIELDCREST HIGH SCHOOL: four-time letter-winner in track and field … four-time all-state … six-time conference champion … in two consecutive years placed first in the 400-meter dash, high jump, long jump, respectively … personal-best long jump was a mark of 18-06.75 ; triple jump was a mark of 36-08 ; and 400-meter was a time of 58.58 … named athlete of the year her senior … named player of the year her junior and senior year … also played basketball and volleyball.

PERSONAL: Born 3/07/1997 … daughter of Mark and Anita Holland … siblings are Cade and Caroline … mother attended ISU and was on the in swimming team … plans to major in journalism.
