2020-21 OUTDOOR (R-Fr.): Competed at three meets during the 2021 outdoor campaign...Ran a personal-best time of 15:26.98 in the 5,000-meter run at the Clark-Wood Open...Competed in the 1,500-meter run at the Billiken Invite and the 5K at the Redbird Invite.

2020-21 INDOOR (So.): Competed at three indoor meets as a sophomore for the Redbirds...Opened the season running a personal-best time of 8:58.25 in the 3,000m to place 11th overall at the Jack Jennett Invite...Ran the 5,000m at the GVSU Big Meet, finishing with a time of 15:37.81...Took fifth in the 3K at the EIU Friday Night Special, clocking in with a time of 9:01.09.

2019-20 OUTDOOR (R-Fr.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

YORK HIGH SCHOOL: 2017 IHSA Class 3A Cross Country State Championship qualifier, finishing 48th overall...helped cross country team to a sixth place finish at the state finals in 2017...earned All-Conference honors on the cross country circuit as a senior...three-time Nike Cross Nationals Midwest Regional Qualifier...on the track, received All-Conference honors in the 3200-meter during his junior and senior seasons...member of the National Honor Society...named to the High Honor Roll during each of his four years.
