2022-2023 INDOOR (Jr.) Competed in four meets during the indoor season where he set a personal-best in the mile with a time of 4:18.65 and a fifth place finish at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup... Finished eighth at the Hoosier Hills in the mile with a time of 4:20.14.Â
2021-2022 OUTDOOR (So.) Raced in five meets during the outdoor season, including the MVC Championship where he took fourth in the 3000s with a personal-best time of 9:09.85... Recorded a personal-best at 1500 with a time of 3:59.99.
2021-2022 INDOOR (So.) Competed in four meets during the indoor campaign... Recorded a personal-best in the 3,000-meter run with a clocked time of 8:42.62... Placed first at the Titan Open in the 3,000-meter run.
2020-21 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed twice during the 2021 outdoor season...Placed 10th in the 1,500m at the Redbird Invite...Finished fourth overall in his first ever 3,000m steeplechase race, clocking in at 9:48.30 at the Illinois State Invite.

2019-20 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed at five meets during his debut track & field season for ISU...Finished fourth in the 3K with a time of 8:59.32 to open the season at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup...Recorded a personal-best time in the 3K at the adidas Classic in Lincoln, Nebraska, clocking in at 8:46.20 to place seventh...Competed in the 5K at the Meyo Invitational...Placed sixth in the mile with a time of 4:28.38 at the EIU Friday Night Special.
WHEELING HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field...Selected as team captain for the track & field team as a junior and a senior...Earned Mid-Suburban League All-Conference honors in cross country as a junior and a senior...Placed 11th at the Schamburg Sectional in cross country in 2018...Qualified for the state meet in cross country as a senior.
