2016-17

Indoor: Competed in three meets over the course of the indoor season...finished sixth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:08.38 at the Top Times Titan Open...placed eighth with a season-best time of 9:07.93 in the 3,000-meter run at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...recorded a season-best in the 5,000-meter run (15:41.43) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite.

Outdoor: Ran in four meets during the outdoor season...placed second in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:54.75 at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...posted a season-best in the 5,000-meter run (15:29.84) at the Illinois Twilight Meet...finished fifth with a season-best time of 9:05.59 in the 3,000-meter run at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...selected as a Robert G. Bone Scholar at the conclusion of the 2017 academic year...he is the first member of the men's cross country team and only the second member of the men's track and field team to receive this honor.

2015-16

Indoor: Earned two personal-best performances this season…one was in the 3,000-meter run where he earned it at the Titan Open with a time of 8:58.52 and placed fifth…the other was at the GVSU Big Meet  in the 5,000-meter run where he ran a time of 15:05.37 which was a 23 second improvement from his previous 15:28.64.

Outdoor: Did not compete.

2014-15

Indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter at the EIU John Craft with a time of 9:24.31…earned a time of 9:16.03 at the Titan Open…at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open captured a time of 9:10.68.

Outdoor: Captured his personal-best in the 5000-meter with a clocked time of 15:28.64 at the Illinois Twilight …earned third-place at the Redbird Invite in the 5000-meter with a time of 15:40.80…at the Wisconsin Open earned a time of 4:20.45 in the 1500-meter…competed in the 10,000-meter at the Big Blue Classic and clocked a time of 32:27.68.

PRIOR TO ISU

University High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country...Individual conference and regional champion in 2011...Helped lead team to four consecutive conference and regional team championships, three sectional championships and two third-place state finishes...Four-time All-Conference honors and three-time All-Region honors...Holds a personal-best time of 14:58 in the three-mile...Holds personal-best times of 4:35.74 and 9:46.86 in the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs, respectively...Valedictorian.
