2022-23 (Monmouth)


Played and started in all 33 games during the season, averaging 30.1 minutes of action per contest. Led the team in scoring at 12.5 points per game and rebounding (6.6 per contest). Also added 40 steals with 59 assists on the season. Made 46.0 percent of his shots during the season (160-of-348) and 57.6 percent of his free throws (91-of-158). He finished fourth in the CAA in offensive rebounds, seventh in total rebounds, 15th in steals, and 17th in scoring average. He scored in double-figures in 23 of the 33 games he played, with four games of 20+ points. His career-high of 23 points came on February 25 against William & Mary, while scoring 22 against Hampton on January 21, 21 at Lehigh on November 27, and again with 21 at Hampton on February 23. He opened the season with a career-high 15 rebounds at Seton Hall, including nine on the offensive end. He pulled down 11 rebounds in two other games - on November 17 against Norfolk State and on December 28 against UNCW. Nabbed a career-high five steals against Delaware on February 2. He dished out at least three assists nine times during the year, including a career-high six at Syracuse on December 12 where he played 39 of the 40 minutes of the game. 

2021-22 (Monmouth)


Played in 34 games during the season with one start, averaging 12.4 minutes per game. He scored in double-figures four times, including a season-high 13 points against St. John's on December 9 while scoring 11 at Manhattan on February 11 and 10 against both St. Peters on January 14 and against Rider on February 18. Had six games with at least five rebounds, including a season-high eight in two games - the first on December 9 at St. John's and the second on February 18 against Rider. Blocked a career-high four shots against Iona on January 18 and he had three games with two steals. 

2020-21 (Monmouth)


Played in 19 games as a freshman during the COVID-19 season,59 points with 28 rebounds and five assists. Scored a season-high 11 points on February 20 at Iona in 13 minutes of work. Pulled down a season-high six rebounds against Quinnipiac on January 16 and gave out two assists against Marist on January 9. 

HIGH SCHOOL (Brooks School)


He played scholastically at Brooks School in Massachusetts. He helped his team capture the NEPSAC Class B title in 2018, while individually over his years earning two NEPSAC First Team accolades and a pair of All-Independent School League honors. Foster shot 62% for his career and as a senior, netted 40% from beyond the arc. In his final season at Brooks, he averaged a double-double with 15 points and 10 boards per contest, leading his squad in scoring. He led his group to a 25-3 record in his last year, and overall helped them to a 88-11 mark in four seasons that included a state title in 2017-18.
