Lauren Wisdom enters her first year as practice analysis coordinator for Illinois State swimming and diving after joining the Redbird staff in August 2025.

Wisdom, a Bloomington, Ill. native joins the Illinois State staff after competing for the Redbirds for four years prior to graduating from the university with a bachelor's degree in Biology in May of 2025.

During her athletic career, Wisdom competed in 30 meets and holds two top-10 marks in Illinois State swimming and diving history. Wisdom also was a three-time MVC Scholar-Athlete team honoree.
