Senior Year (2023-2024) 

Appeared in 8 meets for the Redbirds..Two wins to open the season Oct. 6 vs Eastern Illinois, going 53.34 in the 100y Free and 10:41.71 in the 1000y Free...Personal bests in the 50m (27.76) and 200m Free (2:13.24) at Ohio...Won the 500y Free at UIC Oct. 21 with a mark of 5:11.88...Turned in 50y Free (24.08) and 100y Free (51.61) personal bests at the Purdue Invitational...Earned 200y Free and 500y Free wins over UNI Jan. 19 and 20, going 1:54.06 in the 200 and 5:06.88 in the 500...200y Free (1:51.44) and 500y Free personal bests at Indiana State Feb. 2...Went 51.48 for a personal best in the 100y Free at the MVC Championships...MVC Scholar Athlete Team selection...CSC Academic All-District honors.

Junior Year (2022-2023) 

Limited to three meets due to injury...Season best in the 200y Free at the MVC Showcase, going 1:55.98, and the 500y Free with a mark of 5:09.63. 

Sophomore Year (2021-2022)

All-Valley Honorable Mention honors at the 2022 Valley Championships after recording three personal bests...Grabbed seventh with a mark of 1:52.84 in the 200 Freestyle final at the Valley Championships...Won the 200 (1:55.61) and 500 Free (5:10.83) vs Northern Iowa Jan. 14-15...Two season bests and three personal bests at the Purdue Invitational Nov. 18-20...Took home four wins in the 500 Free (5:14.34) and 1000 Free (10:40.45) vs Maryville and McKendree Oct. 30.

Freshman Year (2020-21)

Competed in three meets for the Redbirds during her freshman campaign … Made season debut in a dual meet win over UNI, finishing fourth in the 500-yard freestyle and fifth in the 1000-yard freestyle … Won the 500-yard freestyle (5:08.93) and 1000-yard freestyle (10:31.79) events in a dual meet with Little Rock … Posted season best times in the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.10), 500-yard freestyle (5:02.53) and 1650-yard freestyle (17:28.58) at the MVC Championships.

Background: Four-year member of Edgewood High School’s swim team, while participating in track for two seasons … Four-time state qualifier in the 200- and 500-yard freestyle events, while going undefeated in the events her junior and senior seasons … Four-time all-state honoree, while helping her team collect four state championships … Member of the High Honor Roll and National Honors Society for her dedication in the classroom.

Personal: Daughter of Tom Walker and Jill Dal Santo-Walker … Born on March 18 in Madison, Wisconsin … Has four older siblings: Bethany, Bridget, Kevin and Karen … Her sister, Bridget, played soccer at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point … Plans to study communication sciences and disorders with hopes of becoming a speech pathologist after graduation.
