JUNIOR YEAR (2024-25):
Appeared in seven meets… placed third in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.34 as the Birds hosted Indiana State in the home opener on October 4, 2024. Turken recorded a time of 59.02 in the 100-yard fly as ISU hosted Quincy University on January 10, 2025.
Sophomore Year (2023-2024)
Appeared in 8 meets...50m Fly personal best of 29.84 at Ohio Oct. 14...Set two personal bests at the Purdue Invitational, going 26.21 in the 50y Fly and and 57.18 in the 100y Fly...Bested those times at the MVC Championships, turning in a mark of 25.97 in the 50y Fly, which ranks 6th in program history, and 56.62 in the 100y Fly...Helped Illinois State to a mark of 1:31.80 at the MVC Championships, which ranks 2nd in program history...MVC Scholar-Athlete Team honors.
Freshman Year (2022-2023)
Appeared in 9 meets as a freshman, including the CSCAA NIC Championship...Won the 50y Free with a mark of 24.94 in her collegiate debut Oct. 8 vs McKendree....Earned two 50y Free wins in double-dual vs Evansville and Eastern Illinois, going 24.53...Set 50y Free and 100y Free personal bests at the MVC Championships, turning in a time of 23.46 in the 50 and 51.36 in the 100.
