Senior Year (2022-23)
Appeared in eight meets...200y Breast (2:24.25) and 200y IM (2:05.85) season bests at the MVC Championships...400y IM season best at the Purdue Invitational with a mark of 4:28.67.
Junior Year (2021-22)
Turned in four season bests and one personal best en route to All-Valley Honorable mention honors at the 2022 Valley Championships...Set season-best marks in the Prelims and Finals of the 400 IM for a fourth-place finish (4:26.86) at the Valley Championships...Turned in personal bests in the 200 Breast twice during the year, once at the Purdue Invite (2:24.26) and once at the Valley Championships (2:22.48)...Took home first in the 200 Back (2:09.17) and 200 IM (2:10.05) against Maryville and McKendree Oct. 30.
Sophomore Year (2020-21)
Competed in all five meets for the Redbirds … Honored with the Elite 17 Award at the MVC Championships … 2020-21 MVC Scholar-Athlete Team selection … Earned a spot on the All-MVC First Team after finishing second in the 400-yard IM (4:26.49) … Turned in two more season best times in the 200-yard backstroke (2:05.29) and 200-yard IM (2:05.21) at the MVC Championships … Recorded five top-five finishes throughout the regular season … Clocked in a winning time of 4:30.03 in the 400-yard IM in a dual meet with UNI … Won the 200-yard IM in the regular-season finale with Little Rock in a time of 2:13.14.
Freshman Year (2019-20)
Competed in eight meets for the Redbirds, before the 2020 CSCAA National Invitational Championship was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic … Recorded nine top-10 performances … Earned an All-MVC Honorable Mention … Posted a season-best time of 1:00.93 in the 100-yard backstroke in a tri-meet against Illinois and Southern Illinois … Turned in a trio of season-best performances in the 200-yard backstroke (2:06.93), 200-yard IM (2:04.99) and 400-yard IM (4:30.42) at the MVC Championships.
Background: Four-year member of Middleton High School’s swim and track teams … Helped her swim team to three-straight state championships, after finishing as a runner up her freshman year … Went undefeated during the high school season, and at conference and sectionals all four years … Earned all-state honors her junior and senior seasons in the 200 IM … Four-time member of the honor roll for her success in the classroom.
