Senior Year (2019-20)

Competed in eight meets for the Redbirds in her final season, before the 2020 CSCAA National Invitational Championship was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic … Named the MVC Swimmer of the Year, becoming the first ISU student-athlete to earn the accolade since 2004 … Won the 200-yard IM (1:59.71), 400-yard IM (4:16.36) and 200-yard butterfly (1:58.82) at the Valley Championships … Her 200-yard IM and 200-yard butterfly times at the championships broke ISU school records … Won seven individual events throughout the school year.

Junior Year (2018-19)

Broke six school records (400 IM, 50 back, 50 fly, 100 fly, 100 IM and 200 IM) and one pool record (50 fly) in her first season as a Redbird, while helping ISU’s 200 medley and 400 medley relay teams break school records as well … Turned in school record time of 25.64 in the 50-yard backstroke, 100-yard fly (54.70) and 200 IM (2:02.27) at the 2019 MVC Championships … Swam a school-record time of 4:22.97 in the 400 IM at Northwestern’s TYR Invitational … Clocked in a pair of school records at the CSCAA National Invitational in the 50-yard fly (25.02) and 100 IM (57.64).

Freshman & Sophomore Seasons (Kentucky): During her time with the University of Kentucky, she scored in three events at the SEC Championships, won the team spirit award and helped her team to a third-place finish overall at the SEC Championships. 

Waukesha South High School: Broke the record in the 200-yard medley relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay at IHSA State her freshman year... Was a WIAA State Champion her sophomore year, as well as a National Public-School record holder in the 400-yard freestyle relay... earned yet another state championship her junior year in the 200 IM and 100-yard butterfly... maintained being a Scholastic All-American her whole high school career 

Personal: Born January 28, 1998, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin... daughter of Mark and Shelly Sepe... Has three older siblings Cameron, Brandon, and Shannon... Studying marketing at ISU.
