CAREER RESULTS

SENIOR YEAR (2024-25):

Appeared in seven meets….placed in the top-ten in both the 200-y free (third, 1:57.99) and 500-y free (second, 5:24.21) against Quincy University on January 10, 2025. Recorded a time of 52.92 in the 100-y free at the 2025 Missouri Valley Conference Championships in Waukee, Iowa. .....Collected two personal bests during her senior campaign this included at Purdue (100-y free prelims, 53.35), at MVC Championships (100-y free, 52.92).

Junior Year (2023-2024)

Appeared in all 8 meets for the Redbirds as a junior...Personal best of 53.32 in the 100y Free at the MVC Championships...Second place in the 200y Free to open the season Oct. 6 vs Eastern Illinois with a time of 2:00.33. 

Sophomore Year (2022-2023)

Appeared in eight meets as a sophomore...Set personal bests in the 100 Free (53.49) and 200 Free (1:53.31) at the Valley Championships...Season best mark of 5:08.05 in the 500 Free at the Valley Championships...Finished third with a time of 10:55.92 in the 1000 Free Nov. 5 at Evansville. 

Freshman Year (2021-2022)

Competed in every meet for Illinois State as a rookie...Set four season bests and one personal best at the Purdue Invitational in November...Posted a 1:54:80 in the 200 Free prelims before besting that time with a 1:53:80 final at Purdue...Set her season best in the 500 free prelims at Purdue and went on to recorded a personal best in the finals with a 5:01.93...Season best in the 1000 Free with a 10:33:98 at Purdue.

Background: Graduating with a 4.0 GPA… Member of the National Honors Society… winner of the 2020 Tribby Award for swimmer of the year...member of Columbia Swimming Club for 13 years… member of Father Tolton swim team for two years... Earned All Area and All Conference… qualified for State. Placed 2nd at State her junior year in the 200-meter and 500-meter freestyle. Also earned Academic All State...Also participated in Cross Country where she qualified for State.

Personal: Born October 24^th, 2002 in Columbia, Missouri... daughter of Brian and Erin Hervey... has two younger siblings, Lindsey and Brendan…mom coached the Tolton swim team…dad played lacrosse for University of Missouri… plans on majoring in nursing.
