2012-13

Indoor: Recorded a personal-best 2:20.61 in the 800-meter race at the Meyo Invitational...Finished second at the Wisconsin Elite with a mile time of 5:09.03...Posted a personal-best 5:04.70 in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet to finish 23rd...Notched a 10th-place finish at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 5:05.26...Placed second in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:26.28 at the Redbird Invite...Captured a second-place finish as a part of the distance medley relay with a time of 11:51.97 at the MVC Championships, earning All-Valley honors.

Outdoor: Captured a seventh-place finish in the 800-meter at the Redbird Spring Invite...Notched a first-place finish in the 1,500-meter with a time of 4:43.54 at the Benedictine Twilight...Ran a season-best 4:40.78 in the 1,500-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.

2011-12

Indoor: Ran a personal-best 18:14.52 in the 5,000-meter run at the Indiana Relays (Jan. 27), finishing 13th ... ran to back-to-back personal-best performances in the mile and 3,000-meter run at the Big Meet (Feb. 10), posting times of 5:07.00 and 10:11.63, respectively ... ran a leg on the distance-medley relay team that was crowned champions at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25) with a time of 11:49.46.

Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 4:39.23 in the 1,500-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic (March 29) ... finished third in the 1,500-meter run at the ISU vs. SIU Dual (April 7) with a time of 4:45.72 ... ran a personal-best 2:17.06 in the 800-meter run prelims at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 11).

PRIOR TO ISU

At Glenbrook North High School: (Cross Country): Started all four years ... team captain junior and senior years ... all-conference selection three-straight years ... part of the first cross country team in school history to qualify for the state meet where she ran a season-best 18:06 3-mile, to finish 84th and team finished seventh ... two-time scholar athlete ... helped pace team to four-straight conference championships. (Soccer): Two-year starter ... combined for eight goals and eight assists in her career ... regional champs junior and senior seasons.
