career-high 65 kills, eight more than she had tallied in her prior two seasons
combined...had a career performance in Illinois State's five-game win over UT-San-Antonio
(Sept. 1) with a career-high 16 kills and a match-best .483 hitting percentage...also
collected a career-high nine block assists against the Roadrunners to tally 20.5 total
points...had nine kills in the home opener against Northern Illinois (Aug. 29) to go along
with a .333 hitting percentage...recorded six kills in the Missouri Valley Conference
opening match against Wichita State (Sept. 16)...ranked fifth on the team in blocks with a
career-high 43 blocks (0.88 bpg).
2005: Despite coming off the bench most of the season, ranked No. 3 on
team in blocks per game (0.98) ... started back-to-back matches vs. Drake (9/23) and vs.
Creighton (9/25) ... combined for 13 kills and 12 blocks in back-to-back Redbird wins ...
started four more matches after Kari Staehlin was sidelined with mononucleosis ... career
high 14 kills, seven blocks and five digs vs. Northern Illinois (10/25), where her sister
Jenny is the starting setter.
2004: Collected three kills and a block in a win over Wright State
(9/4) ... hit .500 in her last six games, with three blocks and no hitting errors ... her
