Enrico Racz-Reene is in his first year working with the Illinois State Athletics Compliance staff. He is the primary Compliance contact for men's and women's golf, gymnastics, swimming & diving and track & field. 

Racz-Renee came to Illinois State after serving as a graduate assistant in compliance at Eastern Michigan. While in Ypsilanti, he served as the compliance contact for both  the Men’s and Women’s Golf Team. With EMU, he completed daily tasks in ARMS such as CARA logs, book reimbursements, transfer and initial eligibility evaluations, official and unofficial visits, drug testing rosters, complimentary tickets, and recruiting logs. He also assisted with rules education meetings and created, compiled, and edited spreadsheets pertinent to compliance such as participation records, scholarships, squad lists, incomer trackers, summer aid, and beginning of the year forms. Before becoming a graduate assistant at Eastern Michigan, he spent two years as an athletics compliance intern at EMU working with similar programs and tasks.

Racz-Reene received his Bachelor's degree in sport management from Eastern Michigan in 2022 and earned his Master's degree in integrated marketing communications from EMU in August 2024.
