Madison Dixon joined the Illinois State Athletics Department as the Sports and Business Operations Coordinator in September of 2022. In April of 2024, she transitioned to the ticket office as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. In this role, Madison oversees ticket operations for volleyball and women’s basketball.

Originally from Dixon, Illinois, Madison earned her bachelor's degree from Illinois State University in 2020. She lives in Normal, Illinois with her cat, Oscar.
