Madison Havens joined the Karin L. Bone Athletics Study Center staff in August of 2021 and currently serves as an academic coordinator, working directly with the Illinois State men’s and women’s track and field and cross country teams.

In her role, Havens provides academic oversight to the student-athletes on the track and field/cross country teams. She also co-advises the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and is involved in the Career and Life Skills program implementation at the Athletics Study Center.

Havens received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky, and her master’s degree in The Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity from Illinois State University.
