Malik Donaly joined Illinois State Athletics in July of 2026 as an Events and Facilities Graduate Assistant.

Prior to becoming a Graduate Assistant, Donaly served as a Game Operations Intern with Illinois State Athletics and also supported Illinois State Athletics as a Ticket Sales Representative and Football Team Manager. He has also gained event operations experience with the Chicago White Sox, Nike Tournament of Champions, and Wilson Chi League, supporting game-day operations, fan engagement, and large-scale event execution.

A Chicago native, Donaly earned his Bachelors from Illinois State University in 2025. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Recreation with a concentration in Sport Management and is expected to graduate in May 2027.
