Micaela Bradley joined Illinois State Athletics in July of 2023 as a Graduate Assistant in Game Operations.

Prior to Illinois State, Bradley attended Marietta College where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management and a Minor in Leadership Studies. She was a member of the softball program as well as the McDonough Leadership Program. Bradley previously interned with the USA Softball National Office event management department and the Neal Center YMCA membership engagement team.

Bradley, a Greenup, Il. native, is pursuing a Master's in Sport Management within the Kinesiology and Recreation program and is set to graduate in May of 2025.
