NORMAL, Ill. - The Illinois State football team returns home after two road games to face off against Indiana State in its 90th Homecoming game Saturday at 2 p.m. ISU head coach Brock Spack will preview this weekend's game with the Sycamores and will recap last weekend's contest at No. 6 Southern Illinois at his weekly press conference Tuesday at the Kaufman Football Building.
Senior running back Geno Blow and redshirt freshman defensive end Nick Broome will be this week's player guests. Blow, a three-year letterwinner for the Redbirds, leads ISU in rushing with 334 yards and a touchdown on the season. Blow is also on the verge of cracking the top-10 in career carries and rushing yards with a strong performance this weekend. Since taking over as a regular starter on defense, Broome has made a big impression for ISU. He has racked up 16 tackles, 1.5 tackles-for-loss and has record a half sack just five game into his career.
