NORMAL, Ill. - It's Homecoming week at Illinois State and the Redbird football team is anxious to take on Missouri Valley Football Conference foe Indiana State Saturday at Hancock Stadium. Head coach Brock Spack will preview this weekend's Homecoming tilt with the Sycamores and will also recap last week's contest against No. 6 ranked Southern Illinois at the Brock Spack Show at Schooner's at 6 p.m.
Co-hosts Dick Luedke and Ted Schmitz will interact with Spack during the hour-long show and will also welcome junior defensive tackle Mike Piton to the show as their weekly player guest. Piton is in his third season with the Redbirds and has been a consistent force on the defensive line. In six games this season, Piton has posted eight tackles and recorded a sack and a tackle-for-loss. The two-year letterwinner from Palos Hills, Ill., will be playing in his third Homecoming game at ISU and the 25th game of his career Saturday.
