NORMAL, Ill. - Illinois State Athletics fans have a unique double-feature opportunity to see the Redbirds in action against in-state rival Illinois. The Illinois State football and volleyball teams will both be in Champaign, Ill., to take on the Fighting Illini Saturday. A special Illinois promotion gives any fan with a ticket to the ISU-Illinois football game free admission to the volleyball match at 10 a.m.
Illinois State will face Illinois in volleyball Saturday at 10 a.m., in Huff Hall as part of the State Farm Illini Classic, while the Redbirds and Fighting Illini kickoff the football game at 6 p.m.
