NORMAL, Ill. - The Illinois State football team and the Redbird volleyball team will hold a joint press luncheon beginning Tuesday, to discuss their upcoming games over the weekend. Fans can watch live on RedbirdHD.tv and hear what coach Brock Spack and Melissa Myers think about their team's performances to date this season.
ISU wide receiver Donovan Harden and defensive end Nate Palmer will join head coach Spack at the luncheon and will be available for questions beginning at Noon at the Kaufman Football Building. The players and coach Spack will recap last week's thrilling win over FBS foe Eastern Michigan and preview this weekend's Mid-America Classic matchup against longtime rival Eastern Illinois.
Myers and middle blocker LeighAnn Hranka will then sit down to talk about the volleyball's team success at last weekend's Rocket Classic hosted by Akron and preview the weekend's upcoming matches on the road against Missouri Valley Conference foes Evansville and Southern Illinois.
