NORMAL, Ill. – Fans can watch Monday's men's and women's basketball media conferences, featuring men's basketball coach Dan Muller and women's basketball coach Barb Smith, beginning at 1 p.m., from the media room in Redbird Arena. The event will be streamed live on RedbirdHD.tv.
After Muller is finished fielding questions, senior guard Bobby Hunter and senior forward John Jones are scheduled to take the podium. Smith will then address the media at approximately 1:15 p.m. She will be joined by senior guard Katy Winge.
The Illinois State men's basketball team (12-8, 4-4 MVC) hosts Missouri State Wednesday at 7 p.m. Hunter scored a game-high 13 points in ISU's one-point loss to No. 19 Northern Iowa Sunday afternoon, while Jones collected three rebounds.
The Illinois State women's basketball team (0-18, 0-9 MVC) starts a four-game homestand by hosting Bradley Friday at 7 p.m. Winge netted 17 points in ISU's loss at Missouri State Sunday, leading all scorers.
