NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State women's tennis team is traveling to Fort Wayne, Indiana, to battle IPFW at the Empowered Sports Club this Friday, January 30 at 6 p.m.
"We had a great week of practice and are excited to go on the road and face IPFW," said head coach Maja Kovacek. "We will need a great team effort to come out on top and bring home our first win of the season."
IPFW is off to a 2-0 start after earning wins over Chicago State and Saint Francis. Illinois State is 0-1 following the Redbirds' season-opening loss at No. 46 Illinois.
