NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State softball team announced three clinics during the winter months Monday. The Redbirds will host a pitching, catching and hitting clinic Nov. 8, a pitching and hitting clinic Jan. 10 and a developmental clinic Jan. 17.
The pitching, catching and hitting clinic Nov. 8 and the pitching and hitting clinic Jan. 10 are open to all softball players ranging from 6th grade to 12th grade. Both camps will go from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and participants can register for $140 dollars for one camp or $240 for both clinics.
All players, including catchers, are encouraged to bring their full gear and all participants will receive a camp t-shirt upon registration.
The developmental clinic Jan. 17 is open to 2nd-8th graders and limited to 120 participants. Camp will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. with a registration fee set at $100. All participants are instructed to bring their own gear and campers will receive a camp t-shirt.
