NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State Basketball Coaches Shows have been set for the 2015-16 men's and women's basketball seasons. The seven Coaches Shows will be held at Pub II in Normal, Illinois, on Monday nights throughout the season, sponsored by WJBC.
There will be five combined Coaches Shows on Dec. 7, Jan. 4, Jan. 18, Feb. 1 and Feb. 15. Head women's coach Barb Smith will go on air at 6 p.m., followed by head men's coach Dan Muller at 7 p.m. Both shows will last an hour and feature a player guest.
The final two segments of the Coaches Show are a new addition for the 2015-16 season, as each team will have a special Monday edition prior to its Missouri Valley Conference Championship. The men's Valley Tournament preview will be Monday, Feb. 29, from 6-7 p.m., followed by the women on Monday, March 7, from 6-7 p.m. Both shows will still feature a player guest.
