NORMAL, Ill. – Excitement surrounding the Illinois State football program is at an all-time high, and fans have an opportunity to buy single-game tickets for 2015 beginning Thursday, July 23, at 9 a.m.
The Redbirds, led by 2014 Missouri Valley Football Conference Coach of the Year Brock Spack, will look to repeat as MVFC champions and return to Frisco for another shot at the FCS title. Â The 2015 home schedule includes five home games, with the season-opener set for Sept. 12 against Morgan State at Hancock Stadium.
Tickets will be available online at GoRedbirds.com/tickets, by phone at (309) 438-8000, or in person at the Redbird Arena box office. An online only pre-sale for Weisbecker Scholarship Fund donors will also take place beginning on Monday, July 20, at 9 a.m.
Ticket prices for the Morgan State (Sept. 12), Indiana State (Oct. 31), and South Dakota (Nov. 21) will be $25 for adults and $15 for youth (ages 12 and younger, 2 and under are free). Â Prices for the Northern Iowa (Oct. 3) and Western Illinois (Oct. 24) games will be $35 for adults and $20 for youth.
Group ticket rates are also available for groups of 20 or more and are only available for Morgan State, Indiana State, and South Dakota. Please contact the group sales office at (309) 438-8000 ext. 2 for more information.
Fans can also get an exclusive view of the field this season from the Heller Stores Touchdown Terrace. Covering half of the south end zone of Hancock Stadium, tickets in the Heller Stores Touchdown Terrace are $40 per person and include a hot dog and small soda voucher. Â Amenities include a cash bar featuring draught beer, field-level views of the game, several bar top tables with space to socialize, and a 20x30 tent. Â The south endzone will also feature two separate 50-person private tent areas for rent.
