THE SERIES
• The Redbirds are 40-33 overall when facing the Panthers. The Birds are 23-13 at home, 16-18 at UNI and 1-2 at a neutral site.

 SCOUTING THE PANTHERS
• The Panthers are 1-3 on the road in MVC play after capturing a 51-40 win over Bradley on Friday.
• This season, the Panthers are tied for first in the MVC with a 4.0 rebounding margin over foes.
UNI has outrebounded 13 foes this season, with the highest margin of 18 coming against Wyoming earlier in November.
• The Panthers are averaging 7.9 made 3-pointers a game. The 143 made 3-pointers this season rank as the second-most in the MVC.
• Sophomore Megan Maahs leads the MVC with seven double-doubles this season and has earned eight double-doubles for her career at UNI. Maahs ranks 20th in the NCAA for total rebounds per contest and leads the MVC at 10.4.
DEFENSIVE STRENGTHÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
The Redbirds lead the MVC are ranked sixth in the country for field goal percentage defense, holding their opponents to an average of 33.0 percent. They are also first in conference and tabbed sixth in scoring defense in the nation, allowing 53.8 points per game.
REGGIE'S KIDS CLUB
Reggie's Kids Club day will be held prior to the Illinois State women's basketball game against Northern Iowa on Sunday, Jan. 28. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. Reggie's Kids Club Day will include free drawstring bags to the first 100 Kids Club members to RSVPÂ here, as well as a free slice of Papa John's pizza to members in the fun zone while supplies last. An expanded fun zone will be open in the south concourse when doors open at 1 p.m., featuring inflatables from Fun On The Run.
