NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State University will host Drake University in the 2017-18 home finale, in what will be "Red Out" for the fans. Fans are encouraged to wear red to the arena, and by doing so, will match the men's basketball team who will be wearing their red jerseys for the game.
The team will honor its lone senior, team manager Miranda Dangerfield.
In partnership with the Student Alumni Council, Redbird Basketball is excited to celebrate all Illinois State University seniors. Graduating seniors in attendance will receive a special Coach Dan Muller bitmoji t-shirt, presented by the Student Alumni Council, while supplies last. Red Alert will also provide free food, while supplies last, to all students.
The evening is also a Family Ticket Pack game, where families can enjoy an affordable night of entertainment. For just $44, families will receive four upper bowl tickets and four hot dog meal vouchers. Additional tickets and food vouchers can be purchased for $11 each.
Additionally, the game sponsor, CEFCU, will be presenting a check to the Children's Hospital of Illinois. For each Redbird free throw made this year, CEFCU has donated $10 to the Children's Hospital.
