History at the Event: This is Illinois State's first appearance at this event.
Last Time Out: The Redbirds claimed victory at the Little Rock Intercollegiate after a shoot-out with Campbell University, who they finished the third round tied with. Durnford and van Dijk carded a birdie to clinch the win. Joe Hodgson earned his first MVC Golfer of the Week for his three-under par 213 performance.
Next Time Out: The Redbirds return February 1 at the Tinervin Cup exhibition. Their first tournament appearance will be at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate Feb. 10-11.
