History at Event: Last year, Illinois State tied for fourth with Missouri State. David Rauer led the Redbirds then by tying for sixth individually after shooting seven over-par.
About the Course: The course features five sets of tees with generous landing areas and fairways. Seven holes play beside or over the lake. A wonderful experience for all levels of players. Recently, Golf Digest recognized the course as one of the best private golf courses in America.
Last Time Out: The Redbirds placed first at their inaugural appearance at the Boilermaker Invitational after 36-holes. Trent Wallace, David Perkins, and David Rauer tied third individually and all earned the MVC Golfers of the Week honors.
