NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State football team returns home to take on No. 13 ranked Northern Iowa on Saturday on Military Appreciation Day at Hancock Stadium. ISU head coach Brock Spack will preview the upcoming contest against the Panthers at The Brock Spack Show, presented by Bud Light, live from Schooners in Bloomington beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
Coach Spack will chat with Redbird football play-by-play voice Dick Luedke and longtime color analyst Ted Schmitz about this week's game against UNI and recap last week's game at Western Illinois. This week they will be joined by defensive back Franky West, who recently took a starting role in the Redbird secondary and has recorded 24 tackles on the season. Â
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington and sits just off the corner of Grove Street and Clinton Boulevard. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network. Portions of the show will also be broadcast live on the Illinois State Athletics Facebook page.
All patrons planning to attend the show in person will be asked to abide by all safety guidelines set by Schooners, the town of Bloomington and the State of Illinois.
