CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - Graduate student Mari Hinkle recorded 19 digs as the Illinois State volleyball program dropped Saturday afternoon's match to Wichita State at Huff Hall.
Hinkle's 19 digs are career-best in a three-set match.
Senior Cassie Jordan posted five kills on eight swings for the Redbirds (0-5) while Wichita State improved to 3-2.

-The match was the teams' first meeting since 2016, when Wichita State left the MVC.
