NORMAL, Ill. – Winners of three-straight games headed into the month of November, the No. 8 ranked Illinois State football team starts a brutal three game stretch against ranked opponents this weekend in North Dakota. ISU head coach Brock Spack will talk about this weekend's road contest at North Dakota at Schooners on Thursday night at a special time of 5 p.m. on The Brock Spack Show, presented by Robert Redding Menswear.
This week's show has been pushed up an hour, due to the broadcast of the Illinois State men's basketball game on Thursday night beginning at 7 p.m. at CEFCU Arena, which will also be broadcast live on WJBC.
Coach Spack will chat with Redbird football play-by-play voice John Fitzgerald and longtime color analyst Ted Schmitz about last week's 35-14 win over Murray State and preview the tough road game against the Fighting Hawks on Saturday. This week, they will be joined by tight end Max Ziebarth and secondary coach Cody Deti as special guests.
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington and sits just off the corner of Grove Street and Clinton Boulevard. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network. Portions of the show will also be broadcast live on the Illinois State Athletics Facebook page.
