OCALA, Fla. – The Illinois State swim and dive program wrapped up day one of the CSCAA National Invite Championship on Thursday afternoon in Ocala, Fla.
All four swimmers for Illinois State competed on day one of action from the Sunshine State. Senior Mia Snow qualified for the B-final of the 50 Y Fly with a time of 24.86 and tallied a time of 25.06 in the final event.
Senior Delaney Boulden opened for the Redbirds, capturing a time of 25.84 in the 50 Y Back. To close out the prelims, Senior Ella Turken and Snow recorded marks of 23.60 and 23.70 in the 50 Y Free.
To wrap up day one, all four swimmers, including Sophomore Hailey Fris, who didn't compete in her individual events, swam for the Redbirds in the 200 Y Free Relay and earned a time of 1:34.75.

Action from Ocala, Fla., will resume Friday at 8:30 a.m. with prelim heats, as the finals will start at 5:00 pm.
