The Illinois State golf teams compete at the Weibring Golf Club at Illinois State University, an on-campus 18-hole, 6,915-yard, par-71 course. Illinois State University alumnus and PGA Tour veteran D.A. Weibring completed an extensive golf course renovation in 2000, and the course was renamed in his honor in 2007. His firm, Weibring-Wolfard Golf Design, also built TPC Deere Run and renovated TPC Las Colinas, home to the PGA Tour’s John Deere Classic and the AT&T Byron Nelson Golf Classic.

Redbird golfers enjoy unlimited access and the perks of membership while the club remains open to the public. The course annually serves as host to a U.S. Amateur Championship Qualifier and the IHSA Class 2A Boys State Championship. In addition, six State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Championships (men's and women's) and the 2004 Women's NCAA Regional have been contested here.

The facility offers an extensive short game practice area available to all golfers and is home to the Mounier Golf Training Center, a comprehensive practice facility designed exclusively for the Redbirds.
