NORMAL, Ill. - Illinois State head football coach Denver Johnson met with members of the media Tuesday afternoon to discuss his team's season-finale at 1:30 p.m. Saturday against No. 9 Southern Illinois, as well as recap the Redbirds' 48-45 overtime loss to then-No. 25 Western Illinois last Saturday.
Prior to Johnson's media conference, senior punter Bobby Kelsey and senior lineback Pat Cucci also met with the media during a joint media conference, where they reflected on their upcoming final game in an Illinois State uniform, as well as their time with the Redbirds..
