The Illinois State soccer team travels to Terre Haute, Indiana on Wednesday for a weekday conference match up with the Indiana State Sycamores. Kickoff at Memorial Stadium is set for 6 p.m.

Indiana State – What You Need to Know
The Sycamores have compiled a 3-7-2 (1-1-1) record so far this season and are coming off a 2-1 loss at UNI on Saturday. Freshman Celeste Wahlberg leads the team with four goals, two assists and 10 points on the season, starting in all 12 games this year. Hannah Sullivan has spent the most time in goal for Indiana State, playing in 11 games while making 10 starts. The senior goalkeeper has tallied 50 saves on the year and owns a .769 save percentage.
Head coach Julie Hanley is in her fourth season at the helm of the Sycamore soccer program and has amassed a 22-37-8 record.
Redbirds vs. Sycamores
Illinois State leads the all-time series with Indiana State, 20-5. Their last meeting resulted in a 3-1 victory at Adelaide Street Field for the Redbirds during the 2018 season. Natalie Vaughn-Low, Kate Del Fava and Shaina Dudas all netted goals in the win.

An Alyssa Siebers goal with just over 10 minutes remaining in the contest secured a school record-tying 23rd career shutout for senior goalkeeper Haley Smith and extended Illinois State's win streak to eight games in the Redbirds' 1-0 win over Valparaiso on Saturday. The win improved Illinois State to 10-4 on the season and the Redbirds are one of just two schools in the MVC with an unblemished conference record at 3-0 this season.
