MID-MAJOR TOP 25
Illinois State is receiving votes in the latest update of College Insider's Mid-Major Top 25, after posting wins over North Dakota and Northern Illinois, who was previously ranked 20th on the list, last week. The poll, which is in its 10th year of existence, is made up of teams outside the Power Five conferences. Three other MVC teams are ranked in the poll: Drake (3rd), Missouri State (4th) and UNI (14th).

LAST TIME OUT
Sophomore Lexy Koudelka led the Redbirds with a career-high 21 points in Illinois State's 66-58 win over the North Dakota Fighting Hawks on Sunday afternoon. Seniors TeTe Maggett and Lexi Wallen also recorded double figures for the fifth game this season, tallying 12 and 10 points, respectively.

The 'Birds improved to 4-1 on the season while UND dropped to 4-2. The 4-1 start is the best start for the Redbirds in 12 years, since the 2007-08 season.
