9:15 a.m. – After landing in Rome we met Mario, our tour guide, and he gave us great advice: "The way to not get sick is to eat two gelatos a day!" Let's just say there were a LOT of cheers after that!

12 p.m. – We started our guided bus/walking tour. We saw so many amazing sites throughout the city of Rome! I think we were all blown away by the ancient history that is present here, and how it just pops up around every corner.

We made stops at the Palazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain, before heading to the hotel. Our guide, Flavia, gave us the history along the way. We were all astonished that these incredible large buildings are still standing after thousands of years!

7:15 p.m. – We walked to our authentic Italian dinner. It was delicious! Everyone is also loving the gelato. We are all excited to continue our adventure together!
