NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State women's basketball team has secured a home game versus Green Bay on Saturday, Dec. 19. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. and the game will be streamed on ESPN+.
The Redbirds (2-0) are coming off a 85-55 win over Western Illinois on Sunday and are set to take on Omaha at home tomorrow afternoon.
Green Bay (1-4) dropped a pair of home games to fellow Horizon League opponent Milwaukee over the weekend. Their lone win on the season was over Drake in the Nov. 28th season opener. The Phoenix were originally scheduled to continue Horizon League play, taking on Youngstown State this weekend before a positive COVID-19 test within the Youngstown State program led to cancellations.
