About the Course: The Mid-American Stroke Play Challenge is taking place at Lakewood Ranch Country Club in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The club boasts three premium golf courses, two of which were designed by Arnold Palmer. The Match Play Challenge is being played on Royal Lakes course, designed by golf course architect Rick Robbins. The course provides various levels of challenge because of strategic bunker and water placement and the length of the course.
About the Tournament: Typically played as a match-play event, this season due to COVID-19 the tournament will be played as a stroke-play event. The nine Redbirds in attendance will be split into three groups of three, and schools will play the entire tournament with their own teammates.Â
