NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State baseball team has added a home game against Eastern Illinois for Tuesday, March 23 at 6:00 p.m. CT. The team's contest against Eastern Illinois scheduled for March 30 has been moved to Charleston, Ill.
The Redbirds had their season-opening four-game set at Belmont cancelled due to unplayable field conditions, which has allowed the team to play a pair of games at SIUE, a home game against Western Illinois, and now schedule a home game against Eastern Illinois.
Illinois State is scheduled for a three-game series at consensus top-10 East Carolina over March 19-21.
