NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State gymnastics team has announced their 2023 promotional schedule for the upcoming season. The team will host five home meets at CEFCU Arena in 2023 and compete in six away meets. All home meets are free to the public and gymnasts will be available for autographs following each meet on the concourse.
Friday, January 13 vs. Lindenwood – 7:00 p.m. – Faculty Appreciation Night/Elementary Night (Season Opener)
•   All Illinois State Faculty and the community are invited to CEFCU Arena for the season opener
•   Faculty and Staff will be recognized for their constant support of the gymnasts
Sunday, January 15 vs. Western Michigan – 2:00 p.m. – Club Day
•   Bring your gymnastics team out for Club Day and be one of the first 400 in CEFCU Arena to receive a free Pom Pom
Friday, January 27 vs. Northern Illinois – 7:00 p.m. – Pack the Arena/Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Meet
•   ISU students, help the team Pack the Arena by bringing your RSO, fraternity, sorority, and residence hall friends to see who can bring the largest group
•   Enjoy pizza before the meet and be ready to cheer on the Redbirds (students only)
Friday, February 3 vs. Bowling Green/Centenary – 7:00 p.m. – Pink Out (Play4Kay)Â
•   Show support for Breast Cancer Awareness at the first Pink Out Event of the weekend
•   Wear pink to the meet, as we will be recognizing all survivors in the audience and raising money throughout the meet for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund
Friday, February 17 vs. Southeast Missouri State – 7:00 p.m. – Senior and Alumni DayÂ
•   Come out and support the team's seniors at their final home meet
•   All Redbird Gymnastics alumni at the meet will also be recognized as part of the team's Alumni Recognition WeekendÂ
