NEW ORLEANS – U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honors for the 2023 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field season have been announced, as Illinois State sees a pair of athletes gaining recognition.
USTFCCCA All-Academic honors are determined on both academic and athletic performance. Each student-athlete who earned individual USTFCCCA All-Academic status maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale and have completed at least two semesters at their respective institution.
Honorable Mention honors for the 2023 outdoor season are awarded to student-athletes who finished 17th through 24th in their respective events at the 2023 NCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships this past weekend in Austin, Texas at Mike A. Meyers Stadium.
