NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State women's golf head coach Jackie Szymoniak has announced that Gianna White as the newest Redbird on the squad for the 2026-27 season.
White, a native of Lockport, Illinois, played the previous two seasons at Northern Kentucky University. She played two seasons at NKU, competing in 31 total rounds and earned a match-play victory over Bucknell in the Battle at Vero during the 2025-26 season.
She had a scoring average of 84.8 as a sophomore, and 84.6 as a freshman, with her top finish coming during her first season with a 25th-place finish at the Cleveland State Invitational.
White joins Cynthia Lang, Hazel Gao, Cora Hirz, Minnie Laparojkit, and Claudio Weston as newcomers to the Redbird team for the 2026-27.
