NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State women's tennis team will travel to Peoria, Illinois, Saturday to take on Missouri Valley Conference foe Bradley at 12 p.m.
Saturday's 12 p.m. match against the Braves will be held at Bradley's Markin Tennis Courts and will be the Redbirds' first MVC match-up of the spring season.
Illinois State, currently 6-8, last competed two weeks ago against Santa Clara in Santa Clara, California. The Redbirds fell to the Broncos, 4-0.
Bradley is 9-8 overall this season and last competed March 25, against IUPUI, where the Braves defeated the Jaguars in a 5-2 win.
Last season when these two teams met, Illinois State hosted Bradley and took full advantage of playing on their home courts. The Redbirds took down the Braves, 5-2, at the Evergreen Racquet Club
