"We battled back this afternoon like we had hoped," head coach Darby Sligh said. "Unfortunately a poor finish to round one and two held us back on the leaderboard. This a very demanding course that requires both length and finesse. We have to handle our execution and planning better on holes 1-5 tomorrow. If we do that, we will be able to put together the round we are looking for. Kiley played absolutely brilliantly all day and sits in fourth place overall."
The Redbirds conclude the tournament Monday with the third and final round, which starts with tee times beginning at 7:00 a.m. CT.
